BE-Loved Therapeutic Play and Counselling with
Tracy B-W
& CAT ARNOLD THERAPY
It all began in 1995 when Tracy and Cat met in the Early Childhood Education program. They quickly became close friends and over the years their friendship endured all the phases of life and remained strong.
So thirty years later in May 2025, we found our moment for change, growth, and new opportunities. Tracy created BE-Loved Therapeutic Play and Counselling with Tracy B-W, and Cat forged her own path with CAT ARNOLD THERAPY.
Cat is a Registered Social Worker (BSW, RSW), Early Childhood Educator III, Reiki Practitioner, Certified Life Coach, Hypnotherapy Provider, and Accelerated Emotional Release Therapy Provider. Cat is a proud Metis woman with experience and training in attachment, working with addictions, and is in Recovery.
Away from work, Cat enjoys spending time with her partner, especially quading together and looking for just the right rocks. Taking time for her 2 grown sons and family members is also something Cat does frequently. Cat loves to crochet whenever possible, and many of her projects are on display and in use at Cat's office. Cat has 2 dogs whom she holds dear, one of which may be seen visiting the office on occasion.
Tracy is an ECEII, Therapeutic Play Practitioner, TheraPlay-Informed Practitioner, Trauma-Informed RYT200, Grief Yoga Practitioner, Hypnotherapy Practitioner, and Accelerated Emotional Release Therapy Practitioner. Tracy also has specialized training in Child Development, Sand Tray, Puppets, Movement and Dance, Autism (Tracy does not do ABA), DIRFloortime, Choice Theory and Reality Therapy and more.
Away from work, Tracy spends time with her husband and two young kids (and the two adult bonus kids when able)—and catching up with family and friends? Whenever possible! Reading, crocheting and crafties with her kids are some fave activities. Tracy loves all things cats, and has four of her own, as well as two dogs and a rabbit. Tracy has also recently welcomed Betta fish, Bryaxis Elizabeth, to her Playroom.
