CAT ARNOLD THERAPY- In The Beginning....

It all began in 1995 at AC, where Tracy and Cat met in the Early Childhood Education program. Sitting at the same table, they quickly became close friends. Over the years, life brought changes—education, careers, families, and children—but their connection remained strong. Their paths continued to cross, and whenever they had the chance to work together, it was something they both cherished. Holly has worked adjacent to Cat in Westman communities for some time and has many of the values and integrity we support at BE-Loved. Fast forward to May 2025, a pivotal moment for change, growth, and new opportunities. This led to the creation of BE-Loved Therapeutic Play and Counselling Collective and CAT ARNOLD THERAPY. Tracy, Cat and Holly are thrilled to offer a welcoming space where individuals can feel safe, supported, and empowered to embrace their healthiest, most authentic selves.

We are practitioners who only provide services aligned with our training and experience.
