Therapeutic Play Therapy
Play Therapy: Therapeutic Play is a natural, effective and evidence-based way to communicate thoughts, feelings, and experiences that can't always be put into words. The use of toys, games, puppets, sand tray, art activities (and more) with Tracy, a trained practitioner, can all play a part in healing and growth. Play is an expressive and engaging way to address and work through emotional challenges, separation anxiety, worries, sadness and depression. Tracy offers a nurturing space for individuals to connect with another trusted person, fostering the development of confidence and social skills in a safe and supportive environment.


Reiki
Reiki: Cat uses this energetic practice using her hands near the body to channel Universal energy to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and facilitate healing and a feeling of well-being. Cat also has Energy Sprays to help ease the mind and body energetically.

Hypnotherapy and Accelerated Emotional Release Technique

TheraPlay: These sessions offer attachment and emotional connection through playful interactions, promoting trust and security. Tracy uses engaging activities to improve social skills, emotional regulation, and communication. Families can experience strengthened relationships as they learn to connect in meaningful ways. Additionally, TheraPlay helps address behavioural challenges and fosters resilience, allowing children to thrive in a supportive environment with healthier family dynamics and emotional well-being.


Trauma-Informed Yoga/Grief Yoga
Trauma-Informed and Grief Yoga: You are invited to experience a safe and supportive session to explore your body and emotions in a gentle, calming and not forced or intrusive practice. Sessions help reduce stress and anxiety and promote relaxation and mindfulness. Tracy's approach offers a sense of peace and well-being through mindful movement and breathing techniques at your comfort level. Also offered is seated Grief Yoga which can aid in processing pain and healing. Tracy also offers VIRTUAL sessions for in-home comfort.
